ethical policy

our ethical policy is simple; we reconstruct tools and equipment for use by re-enactors, archaeologists, schools
and museums, we do not trade in original artefacts nor do we agree with it. we will not knowingly supply tools to
anyone we belive will use them as part of any racist or exclusionist policy against any ethnic group or time period
which is to say that we will not trade with any group or person who uses our equipment as part of a policy to
mock, denigrate or abuse any other ethnic group , peoples or historical period.

please note that we will not knowingly supply members of closed or restricted access re-enactment groups

all the equipment manufactured by daegrad tools comes with a 14 day money back guarantee
we do not pay for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item

all the tools come with a 1 year guarantee against failure (we will either replace, repair or refund the cost
of the item at our discression) so long as the item has been used for its intended purpose in a living history context.

re-enactment is no excuse for poor health and safety practices so we insist that as a condition of sale that you observe
all health and safety policies commensurate with using the tools we supply, none of the tools we supply are designed for use
by minors (those under the age of 18 in the UK)

lastly if you have any queries about anything please do not hesitate to contact us.
